  • How much do you charge for your services?

Computer Repairs

  • Do you have a shop I can bring my computer or laptop to?
  • No. All of our engineers are mobile and provide support to customers either on-site or via phone and remote support. This not only allows us to offer our customers the most competitive prices available but also saves you the inconvenience of lugging equipment around.
  • How much do you charge for on-site visits?
  • For fixed-price jobs such as screen and keyboard replacement, the price we quote is the price you pay. Jobs which require diagnostics or unpredictable time requirements (Such as: Internet/router issues, data recovery, intermittent faults) are charged by block hour at our current standard hourly rate.   • Can I supply the parts and have you fit them?
  • Absolutely! We can fit any parts you supply yourself however we do not offer any labour guarantee if the part supplied by you is incompatible or faulty.
  • Do you offer any warranties on parts and labour?
  • Yes. Providing the parts are supplied by us, all parts come with the standard manufacturers warranty which is usually 1 Year (LCD Screens are usually 3 Months). All labour is guaranteed unless; 1) The parts fitted are faulty and were supplied by you or 2) The problem was not caused by the fault of our engineer (e.g. Additional software was installed by you which contributed to or caused the problem)
  • Do you repair Apple products?
  • Sorry, we do not currenly repair any Apple products.

  • How much do you charge for website & email maintenance or edits?
  • For website design and construction, we will provide you with a fixed-price quote. For any edits or maintenance work we charge pro rata based on our current standard hourly rate. Please use our Contact us page for any quotes or pricing information.

  • How do I add my email account to my phone, tablet or a third party email client (Such as Outlook or Thunderbird)?
  • Please add these settings to your email client (editing as required):
    Incoming Server Type: IMAP
    Incoming Server: mail.your-domain.com
    Incoming Port: 143 (Encryption Type: None) or 993 (Encryption Type: SSL)
    Outgoing Server Type: SMTP
    Outgoing Server: mail.your-domain.com
    Outgoing Port: 25 or 25025 (If 25 doesn't work)
    Username (Incoming & Outgoing): Your full email address (e.g. yourname@your-domain.com)
    Password: Your Password
